This course is offered in both On-Premise and Off-Premise. The Florida Responsible Vendor Alcohol Training course is designed to help licensees comply with Florida State Alcohol Beverage Control Laws, and emphasizes how to stop underage drinking and sales to intoxicated persons, with the goal of providing a safe environment at licensed establishments, as well as preserve the health, safety and welfare of the citizens in Florida communities. These two-hour courses cover basic definitions, state laws relating to selling and serving alcohol, information regarding underaged and intoxicated customers, Dram Shop laws, and much more. Students can study the course at their own pace, check their knowledge with the course’s helpful “Knowledge Check” sections, and once complete, print their Florida Responsible Vendor Seller Server Alcohol Training program certificate.
